Justice Naqvi had challenged Supreme Judicial Council's proceedings
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the constitutional petition filed by Justice Mazahar Naqvi on January 8.
A three-member special bench, led by Justice Aminuddin Khan and including Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Justice Musarrat Hilali, has been instituted for the hearing.

Justice Naqvi had challenged the Supreme Judicial Council's proceedings, bringing the matter before the Supreme Court.
