ECP contempt case against Imran Khan fixed for hearing

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) contempt case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has been fixed for hearing today (Tuesday), Dunya News reported.
The ECP has also asked PTI to present their arguments in the intra-party case and issued notices to Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, Rauf Hassan and Akbar S. Babar in this regard.
Furthermore, a four-member bench headed by member Sindh Nisar Durrani will hear the case of postponement of local body elections in Punjab and Islamabad.
The ECP has issued notices to Chief Secretary Punjab and Secretary Local Government, Secretary Interior Ministry and Commissioner Islamabad.
