Major reshuffle in IHC after appointment of three new judges

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has undergone significant administrative changes following the arrival of three new judges.

An office order, issued with the approval of Chief Justice Aamer Farooq, states that Justice Sarfraz Dogar has replaced Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani as the administrative judge for the anti-terrorism courts (ATC) and the accountability courts. Previously, Justice Kayani held this position.

Additionally, Justice Azam Khan has been appointed as the administrative judge for district courts (West), replacing Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb.

According to the office order, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will oversee FIA courts, Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz has been assigned banking courts while Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas will serve as the administrative judge for sessions courts (East).
