PTI seeks more time to submit response in intra-party election case

Election Commission of Pakistan accepted Barrister Gohar’s request
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has once again requested an extension to submit its response in the intra-party election case.
The hearing of the PTI intra-party election case took place before a three-member commission led by the Chief Election Commissioner. Barrister Gohar represented PTI, while Akbar S. Babar also appeared before the Election Commission.
During the hearing, Barrister Gohar Ali Khan requested additional time from the Election Commission, stating that the petitioners should present their arguments first, after which PTI would provide detailed arguments. He added that by then, they would also have received the necessary documents.
Subsequently, the Election Commission of Pakistan accepted Barrister Gohar’s request and adjourned the case until March 4.
