ATC initiates proceedings to declare Farrukh Habib, Hammad Azhar absconders

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – An Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad has initiated proceedings to declare former ministers Farrukh Habib and Hammad Azhar absconders in the Judicial Complex attack case.
During the hearing, Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra remarked that former prime minister Imran Khan is currently in jail, and he would write to the ministry regarding his jail trial in the case.
The court has adjourned the hearing of both cases until March 17. Two cases against Imran Khan and other accused are registered at Ramna Police Station.
