KARACHI (Dunya News) - In the Mustafa Amir murder case, a key witness and employee of the accused, Armaghan, recognised both Armaghan and Shiraz in court.

During the hearing at Karachi’s Judicial Magistrate South Court, the statement of Ghulam Mustafa, the key witness, was recorded.

The witness testified that on the night of January 6, at around 9 PM, a boy arrived, and they opened the door for him. The boy was wearing trousers and a jacket, but he did not see his face.

About an hour and a half later, they heard shouting and abusive language, followed by two or three gunshots. Both he and his companion stepped out of the room. After offering the Fajr prayer, they woke up around midday to find Armaghan and his friend present. They were not allowed to go upstairs.

A few days later, the police raided the bungalow. They hid in their room but eventually left. On the 10th, when they returned near the bungalow to collect their belongings, the police arrested them.

In court, Armaghan’s employee stated that they had told the police everything honestly. That same night, the police took them to the bungalow, where they pointed out bloodstains. The police then took them to the station, took the mobile numbers, and released them. However, they later received a call from the police summoning them again.

Finally, the court asked the witness if the accused were present in the courtroom. In response, Ghulam Mustafa identified Armaghan and Shiraz as the accused.
