Summary Security withdrawn from three transferred Islamabad High Court judges, who are yet to join duties at new postings.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A new development has emerged following the notification of judges’ transfers from the Islamabad High Court.
According to sources, security provided to the three judges was withdrawn after their transfer, including personnel stationed at their residences.
The accompanying security squads and personal gunmen assigned to the judges were also called back.
The transferred judges include Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, Justice Babar Sattar and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz.
Sources said the three judges are currently in Islamabad and are yet to assume their duties at the respective high courts.
