PESHAWAR - (Dunya News) – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan have eased restrictions on business timings until June 1 after the federal government had imposed a smart lockdown as a measure to preserve energy amid Middle East tensions.
It has been decided to relax the smart lockdown implemented in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in order to save energy.
On the instructions of Chief Minister Sohail Afridi, the lockdown was relaxed, and shops, business centres, and hotels were exempted from the lockdown.
Considering the difficulties faced by businessmen, the lockdown has been relaxed. The administration has issued a declaration to relax the lockdown.
Similarly, the Home Department of the Government of Balochistan has issued a notification regarding the relaxation of the lockdown, according to which the relaxation in the lockdown will be applicable until June 1.
On the other hand, all shops, business centres, shopping malls and markets across the province will remain open.
