TEHRAN (Dunya News) - At least 21 people have been killed and more than 140 injured in US strikes on Iran since August 30, according to Iranian media, with military personnel among the casualties.

It did not immediately provide their names, ranks or the locations where they died.
The overall casualty figures include civilians and members of Iran’s armed forces, although Iranian authorities have not released a detailed breakdown.
Iranian officials said the strikes caused significant damage to military installations as well as civilian areas, with women and children reportedly among those affected.
One of the most closely watched incidents occurred in Kohestak, in southern Iran’s Hormozgan province, where Iranian officials said a US strike hit a residential area during a wedding gathering.

The attack reportedly killed civilians and injured dozens. Initial Iranian reports said four people were killed and more than 60 injured.
Later figures cited by Iranian officials put the toll at five dead and 68 injured, with casualty assessments still evolving.
The United States has denied deliberately targeting civilians, saying its military operations were aimed at Iranian military capabilities and positions.
US Central Command said the strikes targeted Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps facilities and were linked to Iranian activities involving commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and threats to US forces.
The latest strikes follow an earlier attack near Larak Island, where Iranian authorities reported deaths among security personnel.
