Urges private sector to participate in amelioration of economy.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Federal Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb said on Monday that the government’s task was to make a framework, adding that everyone would have to play role in improving the economy.
Speaking to the participants of the Startup Summit by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SECP), the finance minister said progress made in the field of IT would prove to be a game-changer for Pakistan, adding that startups would be helpful in improving the performance of the institutions.
He also mentioned his last week’s meeting with Saudi Prince Salman bin Abdul Aziz where theme of the conference was super artificial intelligence.
During his video link address, he urged the private sector to participate in the amelioration of economy.
