Summary Etihad Town Sialkot has handed over residential plots to customers 1.5 years into the project against a three-year payment plan, marking early delivery.
SIALKOT (Dunya News) — Etihad Town Sialkot has achieved a major milestone with the early handover of possession of its residential blocks, delivering residential plots to customers ahead of the committed timeline.
The possession ceremony marked the successful completion and handover of the residential plots to valued customers. The project was delivered within just 1.5 years against a three-year payment plan, while possession of the commercial area had already been handed over to customers in January 2026.
Since its establishment in 2017, Etihad Town has developed nine projects across Lahore, Sialkot and Rahim Yar Khan. According to the company, six of these projects have been delivered ahead of schedule, reflecting its focus on timely delivery, quality development and customer trust.
Etihad Town Sialkot is positioned as a planned housing society with an 800-foot frontage on Main Sialkot-Daska Road and is located around five minutes from the Lahore-Sialkot Motorway. The development features a planned layout, organised road network, modern infrastructure and amenities aimed at providing residents with a structured living environment.
A key feature of the project is its dedicated sewage infrastructure. The company said the required filling material was outsourced and transported to the project instead of removing soil from individual plots.
The achievement was credited to the strategic vision of Chairman Chaudhary Munir and Executive Directors Raheel Munir, Faisal Munir and Sohail Munir.

Speaking at the event, Etihad Town COO Sheikh ShujaUllah Khan said timely delivery was central to the company’s relationship with its customers.
