COLOMBO (Web Desk) - The Asia Cup 2025 is likely to be shifted from India to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), according to a cricket website.
While the tournament is officially scheduled to be hosted by India, sources suggest it may take place in the UAE this September due to political tensions between India and Pakistan.
The final decision on the venue will be made by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC), with Sri Lanka and the UAE currently under consideration. However, no final selection has been made yet.
The tournament will follow the T20 format, featuring 19 matches over two weeks. A total of eight teams, including Pakistan and India, will compete in the event.
