Ronaldo will serve as both an executive producer and cast member in the project, marking his first major involvement in a scripted television production. He will appear alongside former Arsenal and France striker Thierry Henry, while British actor Damian Lewis will lead the cast as Stanley Dalton, a fictional elite football agent.
The series is being produced by UR Marv Studios, a production company co-founded by Ronaldo and British filmmaker Matthew Vaughn, who is known for directing the Kingsman and Kick-Ass film franchises.
Describing the project as an "exciting chapter" in his career, Ronaldo said he was looking forward to exploring new ventures beyond football.
The series was created by football agent Darren Dein, who is also serving as an executive producer. The drama will explore the world of elite football through the perspective of a powerful agent.
According to reports, filming is already underway at Barnet FC's stadium in north-west London. The cast reportedly also includes rapper Dave and newcomer Carlotta Banat.
