ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has adjourned the hearing on the request for changing the Islamabad tribunal until tomorrow.
A four-member bench heard the request by PTI's Raja Khurram Nawaz for tribunal change.
Lawyers representing Khurram Nawaz and Ali Bukhari appeared before the commission.
Khuram Nawaz’s lawyers argued that objections raised during the filing of the election petition were not addressed within the stipulated 45 days.
The ECP has now scheduled for further hearing for tomorrow.
