IHC orders Adiala jail authorities to present Imran Khan in court

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday ordered the Adiala jail authorities to present the jailed Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Founder Imran Khan before the court today at 3pm.
Hearing contempt of court case against jail authorities for banning the PTI founder’s meeting with his lawyer, the IHC judge ordered Adiala jail superintendent to bring the PTI founder where the latter will have a meeting with his lawyer.
It must be noted that Khan has been serving his sentence in the New Toshakhana reference relating to alleged illegal sale of state gifts after being acquitted from litany of cases against him.
