Indictment of accused in GHQ attack case adjourned

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The proceedings to indict the accused in the GHQ attack case had been adjourned until November 8.
Rawalpindi’s anti-terrorism court (ATC) Judge Amjad Ali Shah heard May 9 cases today.
Sheikh Rasheed, Umar Ayub, Zartaj Gul, Rashid Hafeez, Sadaqat Abbasi and other accused appeared before the court.
The copies of challan were handed over to Zartaj Gul, Rashid Hafeez, Sadaqat Abbasi and Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi.
The court remarked that the indictment against the accused would be announced in the next hearing scheduled on November 8.
It is pertinent to note that culprits had been accused of arson, vandalism, anarchy and attack on military and state installations on May 9.
