Bushra Bibi files pre-arrest bail in November 26 protest case

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - PTI founder's wife Bushra Bibi filed a pre-arrest bail petition in yet another case, adding to the legal challenges she faces.
Her legal team submitted the petition before an additional sessions judge in Islamabad, seeking relief in a case related to PTI supporters’ alleged unlawful entry into the capital and subsequent protests on November 26.
The court directed the investigating officer to visit Adiala Jail, where Bushra Bibi is currently detained, and include her in the investigation. A report on the matter is to be submitted by February 17.
The case has been registered against her under the Peaceful Assembly and Public Order Act 2024, citing a violation of Islamabad High Court's directives.
