ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The coalition government has decided to expand the federal cabinet with four to five ministers, advisers and specials assistants to be inducted soon.

The government has also decided to give representation to the coalition parties in the federal cabinet, under which the members of Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) and Balochistan Awami Party will be part of the cabinet along with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).

Sources said that Balochistan Awami Party Khalid Hussain Magsi, Mustafa Kamal from MQM-P. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Hanif Abbasi, Talal Chaudhry, Bilal Azhar Kayani, Aqeel Malik and Saiful Maloook Khokhar from PML-N are expected to join the federal cabinet.

Additionally, Abdul Rehman Kanju and Sardar Yusuf, who previously served as federal ministers, will also be inducted. Dr Tauqeer Shah has been designated as an advisor to the prime minister.

The government has also decided to include female lawmaker Nosheen Iftikhar from Sialkot, along with Romina Khurshid Alam, Raza Hayat Hiraj, and Chaudhry Riaz in the new cabinet lineup.

The oath-taking ceremony is expected to be held at the Aiwan-e-Sadr in the coming days.
