Sindh announces revised schools timing for Ramazan
KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh Education Department has announced revised school timings during the month of Ramazan.
According to a notification issued by the education body, the single-shift primary schools would operate from 8:00am to 1:30pm, while on Fridays, they will remain open till 11:30am.
Primary schools with double shift would follow a different time table: the morning shift would be functional from 7:30am to 11:30pm, while the afternoon shift from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.
As for Fridays, the first shift would be from 7:30am to 11:30am while the second shift would be from 11:45am to 1:30pm.
Meanwhile, for secondary, higher secondary, and elementary schools operating in a single shift, the schedule will remain 8:00am to 1:30pm, with an early closure at 11:30am on Fridays.
Double-shift secondary and higher secondary schools will have the first shift from 7:30am to 11:30am and the second shift from 11:45am to 2:45pm.
On Fridays, the first shift would be from 7:30am to 11:30am while the second shift would be from 11:45am to 1:30pm.
