Pakistan
Forced disappearance of the PTI workers is still continuing, she added
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Zartaj Gul said on Friday that forced disappearances will not solve the problems and asked the powers that be to stop picking up those who ask questions.
While speaking to the media at the Judicial Complex here, she said that raids are being conducted on the homes of PTI workers on flimsy ground of the Jaffer Express incident.
Zartaj said they want to mentally break the founder of PTI, Imran Khan, and the workers by implicating them in fake cases. Forced disappearance of the PTI workers is still continuing, she added.
She stated that the PTI workers are still facing [criminal] cases. By labeling the PTI as a terrorist outfit, the country's problems could not resolved, Zartaj continued.
She said that the government does not care about the country. The Prime Minister's attitude is also unserious. The government is only after the PTI. It is not an elected government, Zartaj concluded.
