Sources say the driver lost control of the water tanker due to high speed
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Shocking revelations have emerged regarding an accident recently when a water tanker ran over motorcycle, killing husband and wife and their unborn child.
Sources privy to the development said driver Rahim Bakhsh lost control of the water tanker due to high speed. In the accident, the water tanker damaged two motorcycles.
A couple was riding by a motorcycle, who died along with their child, while the other motorcyclist was injured.
It was added that over-speed, driver fatigue, lack of road safety infrastructure and possible negligence were the main factors in this tragic accident.
Meanwhile, the driver’s claim of brake failure had been rejected by the mechanical inspection.
