RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Aleema Khan, sister of PTI founder, voiced her frustration after being denied a meeting with her brother despite waiting for two and a half hours at Adiala Jail gate.
She stated that no reason was given for the refusal.
Speaking to the media outside the jail, she expressed disappointment, saying they had arrived for the scheduled meeting but were left waiting in vain.
She criticized the delays in her brother’s court cases and demanded transparency, asking, “Just tell us who is calling the shots.”
Aleema emphasized that the former PM remains steadfast and relies solely on Allah.
She also revealed that books sent to him last week were not delivered, and he had been deprived of phone calls with his children.
