SC fixes Imaan Mazari's petition for hearing on Dec 11

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) — The Supreme Court (SC) has scheduled the hearing of former federal minister Shireen Mazari’s daughter Advocate Imaan Mazari’s petition for tomorrow.

A three-member bench, headed by Justice Hashim Kakar, will hear the petition. Justice Salahuddin Panhwar and Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim are also part of the bench.

Imaan Zainab Mazari had filed a petition in the SC challenging the trial court proceedings.

It is worth noting that in the controversial tweets case, Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha had expressed a lack of confidence in the District and Sessions Judge hearing the case.
