Summary Says there should be no worry about his heath as he is enjoying beat treatment facilities

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - There should be no worry about the health of PTI founder Imran Khan as he is enjoying best service of doctors and treatment facilities in jail, said Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal.

Ahsan Iqbal said the government will not compromise on the health of PTI founder, adding the founder of the PTI is not a political prisoner but a convicted one. 

Speaking on Dunya News Programme "Dunya Mehr Bukhari Ke Saath", Ahsan Iqbal said the PTI founder is being provided with all necessary medical facilities in prison and the best doctors are also available, so no one should be concerned about the health of the PTI founder.

He said no negligence is being shown regarding the health of the PTI founder, he is in the same cell in which he was imprisoned and he is being provided with all the medical facilities.

The federal minister said that the founder of the PTI is not a political prisoner but a convicted prisoner. The government is taking all necessary steps regarding his health and no compromise will be made on this issue.

Ahsan Iqbal said suddenly there has been an increase in talk of politics of agitation, but at this time the country needs economic stability instead of protests.

He said if a party tries to go for agitation, it is tantamount to supporting the enemy's destructive agenda. Instead of turning the entire country into a D-Chowk, Pakistan needs to be economically strengthened. Pakistan needs an economic long march at this time, he said, adding Pakistan Peoples Party is an ally of the government and is not going anywhere. The PPP is with the government and will remain so.
