Summary Federal Minister Amir Muqam says a white paper on the KP government will be issued soon, alleging poor governance and lack of attention to education, healthcare and basic public services.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs Engineer Amir Muqam has said a white paper on the performance of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government will be issued soon, promising that it will present the facts about the provincial government.
Addressing a press conference at the Peshawar Press Club, Muqam criticised the provincial administration, saying that although the chief minister had been changed, the situation of the people had not improved.
He alleged that the current provincial government was involved in corruption and said it had yet to establish a clear direction for governing the province.
Muqam also criticised the government’s performance in public services, saying sufficient attention was not being given to education, healthcare and other basic facilities.
He said the provincial government should focus on addressing the problems faced by the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, rather than pursuing other priorities.
