KARACHI (Dunya News) – A three-member medical committee collected the samples of slain Mustafa Amir’s mortal remains as part of exhumation orders by the court.

Complying with court orders, a team led by Dr Samiya Syed and under supervision of the magistrate went for the exhumation of the slain's mortal remains and collected the samples for further investigation alongside a police surgeon and the AVCC authorities.

It may also be noted that the body of the slain teenager has been sent to the morgue.

Court orders exhumation of Mustafa Amir's body

A local court of Karachi had ordered the exhumation of Mustafa Amir’s body on Feb 17 (Monday). 

The young boy was brutally killed allegedly by his friend Armaghan in Karachi.

The judicial magistrate of Karachi on Monday accepted the plea of investigation officer seeking the exhumation of body.

The court directed to constitute the medical board for exhumation of body seeking report within seven days.

The health secretary has been directed to constitute the medical board.

Meanwhile, the court directed the authorities to present the suspect in the court at 9am on Tuesday with proper security arrangements.

Earlier, police said that the murder was an outcome of a dispute between two friends.
