A bandit was caught and beaten to death by mob
KARACHI (Dunya News) – A citizen was killed at the hands of two robbers during a robbery incident in Gulistan area of Shah Latif Town here of Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
Two robbers snatched cash and valuables from a citizen identified as Baber and killed him during the snatching.
Nearby people caught hold of one of the robbers and beaten him to death. Police were called to the crime scene who opened up robbery and murder investigation.
The other bandit fled in motorcycle. Police have launched a hunt for the fleeing outlaw.
WOMAN KILLED, FIVE INJURED IN FIRING
In Gujranwala, a passer-by was killed and five were injured in firing by a group after a minor dispute in Peoples Colony.
A scuffle broke out, which led accused Sajawal and his accomplices to firing. As a result of the firing, a woman identified as Gazala Bibi died after a bullet hit her.
Having being informed, police reached the crime scene and shifted the dead and the injured to hospital, and started investigation.
