Summary Teacher sentenced to 27 years and three months in prison and fined Rs1.55 million for raping a student in Khanpur.
KHANPUR (Dunya News) - A Model Criminal Court in Khanpur has sentenced a man to 27 years and three months in prison for raping a student.
The court convicted Shan alias Zeeshan in case No. 630/2025 and awarded him a total sentence of 27 years and three months of rigorous imprisonment.
The court also ordered the convict to pay Rs1.55 million in compensation. The case was registered against him at Sadar Khanpur Police Station.
According to the court record, the convict was a teacher at a private educational institution. After reviewing the available evidence, the court announced the verdict and convicted him.
