KARACHI (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed a negative trend during the outgoing business week, with the benchmark KSE-100 Index declining by 2,609 points to close at 168,155.
According to the weekly market data, the KSE-100 Index traded within a range of 3,807 points during the week.
The index touched a weekly high of 171,492 points, while its lowest level stood at 167,685 points.
Trading activity remained significant, with around 2.6 billion shares changing hands during the week in transactions worth Rs93 billion.
Meanwhile, the total market capitalisation of the stock market declined by Rs271 billion over the week to Rs18.725 trillion.
