CT 2025: Tarar dismisses threat alerts in Pakistan issued by Indian media

Tournament going successfully, Tarar labels
(Web Desk) - Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said on Tuesday Pakistan was successfully hosting the ongoing Champions Trophy 2025 and that there were no threats whatsoever to foreigners in or travelling to the tournament's host nation.
Dismissing the news spread by some India media outlets and calling them as ‘fake’, he stated that all the players and foreign delegation were enjoying their stay in Pakistan.
Moreover, huge crowd indicated that the masses filled the ground to its maximum capacity and that the Australia vs England match was an example in this regard.
He said the India media was planning all this on the whims of the Indian Cricket Board as the latter did not want cricket, and for that matter any sport, to be successful in Pakistan.
Tarar said this attempt of Indian media would prove futile as the Pakistani people and their government were on the same page to bring the game back to the cricket loving nation.
