RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench has approved the bail of Azam Khan Swati in the Sangjani rally case.
Justice Sadaqat Ali heard the bail plea, while defense lawyers Babar Awan, Sohail Khan, and Usman Ali presented their arguments. After hearing the arguments, the court granted bail to Azam Swati.
It is noteworthy that a case was registered against Swati at Taxila Police Station, and he was arrested outside Attock Jail on November 5.
