President reaches Karachi after wrapping up China visit

KARACHI (Dunya News) - President Asif Ali Zardari on Saturday reached Karachi after wrapping up five-day official visit to China, Dunya News reported.
The President will stay in Karachi for five days and have a meeting with PPP leaders. He will be briefed on development projects in the port city. President Asif Ali Zardari will also inaugurate newly-built Karachi Stadium.
During his visit to China, the president met with his Chinese counterpart, President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang.
He attended the opening ceremony of the 9th Asian Winter Games in the Chinese city of Harbin.
During the visit, memorandums of understanding were signed between Pakistan and China for bilateral cooperation in various fields.
