ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A delegation of the Cable Operators Association called on Federal Minister for Information, Broadcasting, National Heritage and Culture Attaullah Tarar on Friday.
The two sides discussed various issues faced by the cable industry and explored different options to resolve them, said a news statement.
The delegation apprised the Minister about their problems and Attaullah Tarar assured them to resolve their issues on priority basis.
The Minister highlighted the important role of cable operators of providing access to information sources to the public and said that they disseminate information through news, educational programs and documentaries.
