KARAK (Dunya News) — Two policemen, including a station house officer (SHO), were martyred when armed men opened fire on police personnel in Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to police, SHO Banda Daud Shah Daud Khan and his gunman Farhad were martyred in firing by armed assailants at the New Karpah area of Karak.
Following the incident, District Police Officer Karak Imran Khan reached the site along with additional police personnel.
Police have launched a search operation in the area to arrest the armed suspects involved in the attack.
