US citizen registers Guinness record for collecting 8,000 different bricks
(Web Desk) - A US citizen has won the Guinness World record for having an unbelievable collection of different types of more than 8,000 bricks.
But he did know that he had won the coveted award until he got it. This is the story: When Kaleem Renkemer was outside his house for some work, his daughter and son-in-law called some friends and they started every nook and corner of his basement.
His family found bricks of exactly 8,882 kinds. They contacted with the Guinness department who handed over the award certificate to them.
When he reached home, he was amazed to collect the award.
