The second victim, Arafat al-Ar'eer, had been critically wounded in the vehicle attack several days ago. His death was confirmed at Al-Shifa Hospital.

Meanwhile, local sources reported continued Israeli military activity in several parts of the Gaza Strip despite the ceasefire, including artillery shelling, gunfire and naval attacks.

Areas in Beit Lahia in northern Gaza, Gaza City, Khan Younis in the south and Deir al-Balah in central Gaza were reportedly targeted.

There were also reports of Israeli naval vessels opening fire near the coastline of Gaza City.

The latest fatalities and reports of continued military operations highlight the fragile nature of the ceasefire, as violence and security concerns persist across the Palestinian territory.
