HYDERABAD (Dunya News) – Police claimed to have arrested four women drug peddlers in an action against drug traffickers, Dunya News reported here on Sunday night.
Tando Yousaf police, on a tip-off, conducted a raid in an area and arrested four women with huge quantity of drugs.
The suspected drug traffickers wanted to supply charas and other contrabands to other areas, but timely police action thwarted their attempt. Further investigation underway.
MAN GUNNED DOWN
In Narowal, a man was gunned down. He was returning home when unidentified two gunmen targeted him. The deceased identified as Sajid was the driver of Narowal Election Commission. Further investigation was underway.
ACTION AGAINST KITE-FLYERS
Islamabad police decided to crack down on kite-flyers and makers. Secretariat SHO Ashfaq Warraich has warned strict action against those involved in kite flying. He said the fathers of children who were found involved in kite flying would be arrested.
