Police arrest a farmer in Ahmedpur Sharqia for cutting off a buffalo’s legs after it entered his fodder crop field; case registered, further investigation underway.
AHMEDPUR SHARQIA (Dunya News) - Police have arrested a farmer in Punjab’s Ahmedpur Sharqia area for brutally cutting the legs of a buffalo.
According to police, the incident occurred in Mauza Ismailpur, where a buffalo entered a fodder crop field. Enraged over the damage, the landowner, Manzoor, allegedly attacked the animal and cut off two of its legs.

Police registered a case on the complaint of the buffalo’s owner, Bashir, and arrested the (suspect) Manzoor.
The accused will be produced before the court to obtain physical remand for further investigation.
