BNP's Mengal says Balochistan's resources are being looted

QUETTA (Dunya News) - BNP chief Sardar Akhtar Mengal said the resources of Balohistan have not been used in the province.
Speaking in the program Baat Niklegi, Mengal lambasted the political parties for their focus on power at the cost of the broad country’s interests.
He said that unfortunately, the nation has experienced the rule of political parties but it did not bring any positive results. Also he said the BNP has, time and again, tried to explain to the state and its institutions that they needed to see Balochistan as a province.
The BNP chief said the people of Balochistan should have access to their resources and they should be treated with respect and dignity.
Akhtar Mengal raised a question: To whom should we put the demands? He said he had presented demands of six points in the Supreme Court 6 points, none of which were against the constitution. But, nobody listened to, let alone take action on, to those demands.
